吉打州本同县住宅区（Taman Seri Delima）于2023年11月02日，下午4点30分左右发生风灾，共有20户房屋严重受损、屋顶被吹走。慈济志工接获消息后赶往现场勘灾慰问，隔天发放应急金，协助灾民，暂度难关。
