一架美国军机在地中海东部进行训练时，因“不幸事故”发生坠毁。
美军欧洲司令部周六在发表的声明中指出，11月10日晚间，美国一架军用飞机在地中海东部执行训练任务时遭遇不幸事故，进而坠机”。
声明表示：“我们可以明确地说，这个飞机出动架次纯粹与训练有关，并无敌对活动的迹象。”

声明指出，训练事故的起因正在调查当中。
无论如何，声明并未提及机上人员情况，也无详述坠机的机型，更无有解释飞机起飞地点。
