他表示，2600万令吉涵盖关爱服务计划（MEKAR），用于国民登记局（JPN）提供的服务。
“此外，也涵盖大学教学医院移动诊所提供基本医疗服务、沙巴及砂拉越的移动牙科诊所、与本地银行合作的移动银行服务，以及移动法院处理民事案件。”
